By accessing our website or booking doorstep repair services through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All booking requests submitted on our site are subject to technician availability. We charge a diagnostic/visiting fee to cover travel and diagnostic efforts. If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the visiting fee is adjusted in the final invoice.
Please note that we DO NOT provide any warranty (either express or implied) on any repair jobs, diagnostic assessments, labor workmanship, or replaced spare parts. All services and parts are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Once the technician completes the service and leaves your premises, no claims for defects or malfunctions under any warranty will be entertained.
Payment must be made immediately to the technician upon completion of the repair or diagnostics. We accept cash, check, or digital payment options as agreed upon during booking.
Under no circumstances shall 24x7 Service Helpline, its owners, or its technicians be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from doorstep service visits, repair attempts, or appliance breakdowns.
These terms are governed by the local jurisdiction laws in which our service is offered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
